When selecting wedding jewelry for both the bride and the bridal party, consider the type of ceremony and reception that is being held along with the gowns being worn. Of course the wedding jewelry sets should complement the wedding gowns and bridesmaid gowns. However another thing to consider is if the event will be held outdoors during the summer or the brides will need to wear shawls because it may be a cool fall day. You won't want to select fussy jewelry that will become heavier and heavier as the day goes on during the summer or that may possibly catch on a finely woven shawl during the cooler months.

Be sure to consider not only the design and color of the wedding jewelry, but also make sure it will be wearable during the time of year the wedding will be held.
